Bij het manipuleren van diverse laswerkstukken zijn “draaitafels” een onmisbaar hulpstuk.
Ons gamma omvat horizontale, verticale, hoogte verstelbare en kantelbare Lasmanipulators.
De horizontale en verticale manipulators fixeren het werkstuk om horizontaal of verticaal rond hun as te roteren.
De (hydraulische) hoogte verstelbare uitvoering laat de lasser de mogelijkheid om het werkstuk op de gewenste hoogte te brengen, dit verhoogt gevoelig de efficiëntie.
De kantelbare manipulator laat toe om het werkstuk in elke gewenste positie te plaatsen, dit mits 2 gescheiden aandrijvingen waardoor werkstuk zowel horizontaal als verticaal te positioneren.
Dit laat het werkstuk in iedere gewenste positie te brengen.
Gevolg is dat de efficiënte en nauwkeurigheid gevoelig verhoogd.
Een gepaste zelf centerende klauwplaat maakt de manipulator compleet, keuze voldoende in ons catalogus.
