• Auger: 36” (914mm) diameter Bi-Rotational Auger constructed with 3/8” (9mm) thick Ex-Ten 50 abrasive-resistant steel flights, complete with hard-face surface on the leading edge of Auger.
• Auger Powered By: Two (2) Bonfiglioli heavy-duty direct-drive planetary gear reducers driven by two (2) high-pressure load-sensing hydraulic motors.
• Hydraulically Operated Discharge Gate: 24” (610mm) wide to allow for direct metering of soil cement and embankment material to belt conveyor system.
• Two (2) Hydraulically Operated Vibrators: One on each side of the hopper.
• Operator’s Platform: Complete with safety railing and ladder.
• 36” (914mm) Wide Discharge Belt: 25’ (7.5m) long rated at 0 to 10 yd3 per minute, with a heavy-duty gear motor and gear reducer.
• 115 H.P. John Deere Power Pack, Tier 4: Complete, including electric start, 170 amp power battery, 70-gallon (265 liters) fuel tank, remote throttle control, auto shut-down for high temperature and low oil pressure.
